- Purpose
In this instance your data is being processed for the specific purpose of providing links to a suitable candidate for a potential contract of employment. - Lawful Basis
The collection of your data for this purpose is under the Lawful Basis of Contract in that we need to process your personal data to provide access to suitable candidates. - Information Collected

Under the Lawful Basis referenced in paragraph 2, the client’s point of contact’s data will be retained for two years from the date of any final communication relating to a recruitment assignment. This will allow Ogie to manage the ongoing client relationship. - Data Sharing
Whilst we control your personal data, we will need to share this data with the following parties, for the following purposes:- Project House Ltd (SW2 recruitment software) and Microsoft Corporation for the sole purpose of supporting our IT systems and data storage.
- Achieve IT Consulting Ltd and Liquid Moon – for the purpose of maintaining our website and IT systems.
- Employment candidates, whose names you will be informed, within 5 working days, for the purpose of letting a contract of employment.
- Legal representatives of Ogie Ltd. The company may obtain legal advice and in the event of legal services being retained, you will be informed of the data shared and the name of our nominated legal representatives.
These data sharing activities are governed by commercial terms, which include data sharing clauses. These various data processors act under Ogie’s control in the initiation of an employment contract and are only permitted to use the personal data for the sole purpose for which it is shared with them.
- Destruction
At the end of the relevant retention period (paragraph 4) your data will be destroyed using an approved method unless prevented by Court order. - Rights of the Data Subject
