The Company:
Our client is a reinforced concrete (RC) frame and civil engineering subcontractor that is based in London. Operating throughout London and the South of England they have become a well-established construction company with an excellent reputation built on expertise quality innovation and professionalism.
The Role:
As a Health & Safety Advisor your role will be split between the office and site locations. It will be your responsibility to oversee works being carried out while making sure standards and procedures are being maintained. The main responsibilities are to assist the senior management on the prevention of injury to personnel and damage to plant and equipment, improvement in existing working methods, Legal requirements affecting health, safety and welfare and the adequacy of facilities provided.
Requirements:
Basic qualifications such as NEBOSH will be required and due to the working area, candidates will need to be based in or around London / the South East. Minimum of 2+ years’ health & safety experience in construction, although graduates will be considered.
